Mindfulness in Nature & Lunch in a borda
Find a balance between body and mind in the heart of Nature.
9 a.m. Departure from the village of Llorts (Ordino), where we meet our yoga guide.
After a brief explanation we begin a 30-minute journey along an easy mountain path which takes us to the Borda Jaume, where we are received with a welcoming drink.
In marvellous surroundings, we practise techniques such as QI GONG to work on our awareness through movement and breathing, thereby allowing our energy to flow. By practising sequences of QI GONG Heart of Tao we balance body, mind and emotions. We tone up and strengthen the body, keep the heart fit and increase its vitality.
Lunch is ready at 1.30, and then, after a rest, we resume our sessions. At 5 p.m. we return to the car park by the same path that we used in the morning (a 20-minute walk).
